  • Permanent doesn’t mean indestructible. Our chains are durable but they ​can still break if not handled carefully. Please consider chain lengths 

        carefully before welding.


  • If you need to remove you chain for any reason, cut it at the jump ring using scissors or a nail clipper and save the chain. Contact Beachside Wax & Glow and we will re-weld it for you.


  • 21 Day Warranty: If your chain breaks at the jump ring with 21 days, we will re-weld it at No Charge. Even after 21 days, feel free to contact us with any issues and we will be happy to work with you to resolve them.


  • After 21 days, or if the chain breaks outside of the jump ring, a small re-welding fee will apply.


  • All sales are final. No refund or changes

- What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry refers to pieces, usually bracelets or anklets, that are welded directly onto the wearer without a clasp, creating a seamless and continuous look. These pieces are designed to be work continuously and can only be removed by cutting. They symbolize lasting bonds or commitments and are often chosen for their aesthetic appeal and significance they hold.


- Can I remove my jewelry if needed?

Yes, you can easily cut it off. Please cut it at the jump ring so it can be re-welded for you.


- I am traveling and need to go through security, am I allowed?

Yes, you can walk through the detector with no problem.


- I’m getting an MRI, what do I do?

14k gold filled can usually be kept on depending on the person but sterling silver needs to be removed. Good think you can cut it off at the jump ring so we can re-weld it for you.


- Will my jewelry tarnish?

Nope! We only offer high quality 14k Gold-Fill and Sterling Silver chains. Both are perfect for those who have dermatitis and sensitive skin!


- What is the difference between gold-filled and gold-plated?

Gold filled is a thick solid layer of gold around a high-quality jewelers brass. Gold plated is a very thin layer of gold around various metals. It can chip, tarnish or rust over time.
